Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pro Polish. We pack every order with care so your detailing supplies arrive safely and ready to use. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your packages.

Order Processing
We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on postal holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We keep our shipping prices clear and simple:

• Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

• Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates and Carriers
We ship our orders using UPS Ground to ensure dependable delivery. Transit times depend on your location:

• Continental United States: Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after leaving our facility.

• Hawaii and Alaska: Orders may take up to 7 business days once shipped.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary during severe weather, peak holiday seasons, or transit delays beyond our control.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. Because we primarily use UPS Ground, please provide a physical street address rather than a post office box to prevent shipping delays.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shipping label is printed and scanned by the carrier, we will email you a tracking link. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with initial location scans once the package is picked up.
